Jayde and Brandon Nickerson were married in August 2022 at The Farm at South Cove in Lunenburg, NS. This was my first time at this venue and I hope to be back. The farm was rustic and charming and so intimate for the perfect Monday wedding day.

Jayde and Brandon’s day was filled with close family and friends from start to finish. Her hair was beautifully done by Brandon’s aunt and Lindsey made her way from Yarmouth to do the bridal party makeup. Sentimental moments were sprinkled throughout the day with a cute handwritten note from Brandon to start Jayde’s day, and thoughtful, personal gifts. Jayde’s gorgeous florals were created by Florist in Thyme from Barrington, NS and the bridesmaids dresses were from Azazie . The morning flew by and it was time to put on her Essence of Australia wedding gown from Chester and Felicity . Jayde opted to do a first look with her bridal party and her dad before doing a first look with Brandon.

This day flowed so effortlessly. After the first look, Jayde and Brandon did all their photos with their bridal party and portraits and then relaxed until guests arrived for a 6pm ceremony. The reception followed with delicious appetizers, a donut wall and special surprises, including a choreographed father and daughter dance.

The night capped off with an open bar, great dance party and lots of laughs!’
